This isn’t so much a blog post but a simple statement. As a writer, I obviously read a great deal and it is because I have recently been reading a fabulous series of books known as the ‘Horus Heresy’ that felt I should plug them on this blog. The series has been spawned from the Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 tabletop games; although it should be noted that the novels are set in the year 30,000. It is about an enormous civil war and the books are fantastic. I am currently ploughing my way through book 9 – Mechanicum and cannot recommend them enough. They have suspense, great plots, twists and turns and basically every element that a reader could possibly want to entertain them.
